Building for Future Generations

This book is the fourth and final book of this series (Series 2, Book 4) which focuses on the first principles of the family life of a disciple of Jesus Christ. This series began with study of the first principles of marriage, then moved on to first principles of family life and of work, and now finishes with heritage issues, the most challenging of all. In session one we will begin by addressing the Western lure of investments, retirement and personal success. In session two we will look at the importance of building a faith which is passed on down to the third and fourth generations. In session three our focus will turn to supporting our parents and widows, an important element of the first principles of the faith, and a testimony of a commitment to a heritage beyond this life. In session four we will tie the concept of intergenerational success to our extended family, the local church, and to God’s purpose of the Great Commission. And finally, in session five, we will work on building a spiritual heritage.  The sixth session is the integrating session, which unites all five sessions together, deepening your conviction and practice related to the principles.
