Participating in the Mission of the Church

In this book, we will examine Christ’s plan and identify how we can fully participate in that plan. Few Christians know that Christ has a specific plan for fulfilling His mission, that He has a global strategy. In session one, we will look at that mission from a global perspective and discover how to participate in His global strategy in a significant way. In session two, we will narrow our focus to our own communities and the communities surrounding them, in order to learn how to participate in His global strategy at a local level. In session three, we will begin to develop our own personal strategies for participating in Christ’s mission by learning how to share the main message of Christ and His purpose with those who do not know Him. We will expand this in session four by sharpening our skills in handling the basic objections that people may have to Christ and His mission. And finally, in session five, we will discover how to use our households as bases for Christ to accomplish His purposes, bases which will last for generations beyond the duration of our own lives.  The sixth session is the integrating session, which unites all five sessions together, deepening your conviction and practice related to the principles.
